The club started the day with the Celebration of Life for Jason Oates where friends and family of Oatesy remembered a key member of the OIRC family who was lost too soon. Following the celebration of life the club fielded 4 teams on the main pitch. OIRC Alumni - 22 vs OIRC Senior Men 2XV - 14 OIRC Senior Women 49 vs Kingston Panthers - 0 OIRC 1XV Win vs Ottawa Ospreys

Three games took place over the weekend. Our Senior Men 1XV took down Kingston Panthers with a 26-12 score. The Senior Men 2XV defeated the Ottawa Beavers with a final score of 46-7. The women played a intersquad friendly match with the ladies who also play for the uOttawa Geegees. The match took place on Friday night and was a highly entertaining matchup. Four teams represented the green and gold on the weekend. All teams walked away with strong wins.
