Safety guidelines

  • We are currently in 'modified phase 4' of Rugby Ontario's Return to Play Plan (see below)

  • In order to ensure the health and safety of our community, the following guidelines are in place for practices:

    • Attendance: Before attending each practice, every participant must complete the attestation form through Sportlomo (instructions can be found here)

    • 2 meters distanced will be maintained when not active.

    • An attendance list will be maintained by the Club’s COVID-19 safety officer

    • In the event of an injury, first aid attendants will wear a mask- otherwise, if players have attested to being symptom-free, they only need to wear a mask for entry and exit into/out of the dome.

  • Cleaning and sanitization products will be present at all practices for both shared equipment and hand hygiene. Shares equipment at this time includes balls, flags, and S&C equipment.

  • When you arrive to the field, please have your mask on. Athletes can take off their masks during training, but parents on the sidelines must continue to wear their mask for the duration of the training.

  • Groups: In modified phase 4, we no longer are restricted to groups of 10.
