Minor Rugby with the OIRC
Our minor program is based upon Rookie Rugby, the nation-wide introductory rugby program for ages 5 to 12 that is a safe, fun, and inclusive non-contact sport to introduce children to rugby. Rookie Rugby is a game-based curriculum built on national guidelines for Health and Physical Education curriculum.
Minor rugby will take place in the east end of Ottawa from 5:30-7:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Exact field location is to be determined. Before coming, you will need to:
Register (once a year)
What to bring to practice

Regardless of your age group, you're more than welcome to wear them to training!
