🏉 Junior Winter Training Starts This Saturday 🏉

Our Junior Winter Training program (U14, U16, U18) kicks off this Saturday at the Orleans Dome, with registration still open.

This program runs weekly through the winter and focuses on skills, conditioning, and keeping players sharp during the offseason.

🕒 Saturdays at the Orleans Dome • 2:00 to 3:00 PM📅 January 10 to April 25 ❌ No session on January 24 ⏰ April 11 and April 18: 4:00 to 5:00 PM

Already registered with the Ottawa Irish this past summer?Players can try this weekend for free without registering for winter training.
