Winter Strength & Conditioning Sessions




Winter Strength and Conditioning training sessions take place every Thursday at 7 PM at CANAM Strength and Conditioning. Sessions are open to registered club members or those looking to register for the 2022 season. If you are interested in joining the club and are not yet registered please contact us!


CANAM Team Athletic Development program sessions have been tailored to teach and train athletes to maximize athletic potential and achieve their goals. Sessions are focused on

  1. Sprint Mechanics

  2. Plyometric and jump training

  3. Rugby-specific Speed and Agility

  4. Age-appropriate strength training for sport

  5. Mobility and Injury Prevention
